His sire, who died at an early age, was an own son of Gay Holly Bars (by GAY BAR KING) who is the 1987 PHBA WORLD CHAMPION in Cutting, NCHA money earner who earned his Performance Register of Merit in 1985. He's also an own son of Smart Little Hotrod (by Lenas chance by SMART LITTLE LENA).
This nice Palomino stallion carries the blood of some of the most famous "cow" quarter horses in history!

His dam is an own daughter of THE MIDNITESPECIAL (AQHA Performance ROM) by TRIPLES IMAGE (AQHA Champion 1975, Superior Halter 1973, ROM Performance-1972. 141 AQHA points: 99 halter, 42 performance. HANDLE BAR MAGIC
1999 Gray AQHA Stallion

Handle Bar Magic"Magic" has one superb PEDIGREE!

He's an own grandson of HANDLE BAR DOC, the only NCHA World Champion son of the Legendary DOC BAR. Handle Bar Doc was the 1983 NCHA Open World Champion, is a member of the NCHA Hall of Fame, Platinum Award winner and earner of $182,000 in the NCHA. He has sired 53 AQHA point-earners and 92 money-earners with total earnings in excess of $1 million.

Magic is also a great grandson of DOCS'S PRESCRIPTION, sire of 255 NCHA money earners! In addition, Magic boasts the blood of Sugar Bars both thru his sire( thru "Lady Hard to Beat") and his dam (thru "Sugar Flight").

Magic passes along that beautiful "Doc Bar" head and conformation, a pleasing disposition and willingness to learn, not to mention the gray gene.

Magic has SOLD, but we have retained his wonderful bloodlines and disposition in several of his female offspring who will be bred to our new black and white homozygous paint stallion.
